You place this ACR riser ring under the base of the RCL-75 searchlight. It is approximately 25 millimeters high and stackable, so you can raise the light further using multiple rings.
Height is not a detail when it comes to a searchlight. If the light is positioned too low, the bottom edge of the beam will shine onto your own superstructure, railing, or pulpit. This reflects back into your field of vision and ruins your night vision just when you need it most. A few centimeters of extra height usually solves this completely, and it is cheaper than moving the light.

What is the RCL-75?
The RCL-75 is an older controllable searchlight series from ACR. The searchlight itself is no longer available, but parts are still obtainable, allowing existing installations to remain in operation.
Can I still keep my RCL-75 working?
Yes. As long as the parts are available, repairing is usually more cost-effective than replacing. If the light itself is due for replacement, the RCL-50 LED and RCL-95 LED are the current successors.
How many rings do I need?
That depends on what is in the way. Check at night if the bottom edge of the beam falls on your railing or superstructure, and stack rings until that is gone. Each ring is approximately 25 millimeters.
