Order & pay

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with us using iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Bancontact, eps-Überweisung (eps transfer), SEPA Bank Transfer, PayPal and bank transfer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We'll be happy to see if we can still adjust or cancel your order.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately. As soon as your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace link.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, we charge a flat shipping rate of €10. Orders over €250 are shipped free of charge. Different rates apply for international orders; please feel free to contact us for a quote.

How long does delivery take?

You'll automatically receive a track & trace code as soon as your package is on its way. If the product is in stock and you order before 12:00 PM (on weekdays), we'll ship it the same day. If the product is out of stock, the delivery time depends on the supplier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to various countries within Europe. Contact us for shipping options, delivery times, and costs for your location.

Which carriers do you work with?

We send our parcels with GLS.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return a product if it doesn't meet your expectations.

What are the conditions for returns?

The following conditions apply to accept a return:

  • The item is unused.
  • The item is in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • There is no writing on the box.
  • The packaging is sealed with transparent tape (not duct tape due to damage).
How do I register a return?

Please contact sales@aml-int.nl to register your return. We will then send you the return instructions.

Are the return costs at my own expense?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless we made a delivery error.

What if my return does not meet the conditions?

If the return does not meet the conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it.

Warranty

What is the warranty on B&G products?

All our B&G products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. So you can count on quality and support, even after your purchase.

What is covered under warranty?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical faults during normal use. Damage due to improper use or improper installation is not covered. If we commission the system, you are entitled to a 2-year international on-board warranty.

What should I do if I have a defective product?

Report the defect as soon as possible via verkoop@aml.nl. We'll guide you through the rest of the process, such as return, repair, or replacement.

Price-match guarantee

Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?

Yes! If you see the same product cheaper elsewhere at an official Dutch B&G dealer, we'll match our price.

Price Matching Terms and Conditions:

  • The product is identical (same model and specifications).
  • It is new, unused and in stock at the competitor.
  • The supplier is an authorized Dutch B&G dealer.
  • Price comparison does not apply to marketplaces, auction sites or temporary promotions.

To request a price match, email sales@aml-int.nl with a link or proof of the lower price.

When is your customer service available?

On working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Do you have a showroom?

We don't currently have a physical showroom. Would you like to discuss an installation or purchase? Please contact us by phone or email. We do have branches in Apeldoorn and Bruinisse, where our technical specialists are available. On-site consultations are available by appointment.
