Terms and Conditions

  1. General
    1.1 All offers, orders and agreements made with A.M.L. International are subject exclusively to these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.

  2. Applicability
    2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships in which A.M.L. International acts as a supplier of products.
    2.2 Acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order implies that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

  3. Offers
    3.1 All offers made by A.M.L. International are non-binding. Offers are subject to product availability. A.M.L. International reserves the right to deliver a similar product instead of the one ordered or to cancel the agreement. Typographical and printing errors are always reserved.
    3.2 A.M.L. International expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when required by (statutory) regulations. See also Article 5.3.
    3.3 After the closing date of an offer or promotional period, the buyer can no longer make use of the relevant offer or promotion.

  4. Agreement
    4.1 The purchase agreement between A.M.L. International and the buyer is concluded once the reflection period of seven (7) working days after receipt of the order has expired.
    4.2 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by A.M.L. International. A.M.L. International reserves the right to refuse orders or to attach specific conditions to the delivery unless expressly agreed otherwise. If an order is not accepted, A.M.L. International will inform you within ten (10) working days after receiving the order.

  5. Price and Delivery
    5.1 All prices include Dutch VAT unless otherwise agreed, and exclude other government-imposed taxes as well as any costs related to the agreement such as shipping, storage and administrative costs. If the buyer is located outside the Netherlands, the buyer is responsible for any applicable VAT or import duties.
    5.2 Prices include standard packaging and exclude freight costs unless agreed otherwise.
    5.3 If prices for products or services increase between the time of ordering and delivery, the buyer has the right to cancel or terminate the agreement within ten (10) days after A.M.L. International notifies the price increase.
    5.4 A.M.L. International is not liable for deviations in prices, images or texts.
    5.5 Deliveries are made EXW (ex works/factory/store/warehouse; Incoterms 2000) unless agreed otherwise.
    5.6 A.M.L. International reserves the right to deliver products in multiple shipments.
    5.7 A.M.L. International generally delivers within five (5) working days after order confirmation to the specified delivery address, provided the item is in stock and paid for.
    5.8 The above delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. A.M.L. International is not liable for damage resulting from exceeding delivery times. The maximum delivery period is 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
    5.9 A.M.L. International arranges shipping by post or another carrier at its discretion.
    5.10 Ownership of products passes to the buyer upon delivery, provided full payment has been made.
    5.11 The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the goods when made available. In case of refusal or negligence, the goods may be stored at the buyer’s risk. Any additional costs are at the buyer’s expense.

  6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
    6.1 You must fully respect all intellectual and industrial property rights concerning the products supplied by A.M.L. International.
    6.2 A.M.L. International does not guarantee that the supplied products do not infringe any (unwritten) property rights of third parties.
    6.3 All intellectual property rights relating to the A.M.L. International website, such as software, texts, images and sounds, are owned by A.M.L. International or its licensors. Without permission, it is not permitted to publish, reproduce or modify this information, except for personal use.

  7. Shipping Costs
    7.1 All prices on the A.M.L. International website exclude shipping costs (charged at current rates).

  8. Secure Payment
    8.1 Payment is made through the available payment methods. You will see these options after accepting the general terms and conditions.

  9. Returns
    9.1 Products may be returned without giving any reason within seven (7) working days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You may withdraw your order and are entitled to a refund of the purchase amount if these conditions are met. Please contact sales@aml-int.nl.
    9.2 If you receive the wrong product, A.M.L. International will exchange it free of charge, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, unless the product is no longer available. Contact us within seven (7) working days at sales@aml-int.nl.
    9.3 If you receive an incorrect product, A.M.L. International will replace it free of charge with the correct one. Contact us within seven (7) working days at sales@aml-int.nl.
    9.4 When returning goods in accordance with the above terms, the purchase amount will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.
    9.5 After the aforementioned periods have expired, these rights will lapse.

  10. Complaints and Liability
    10.1 Complaints about non-receipt of an order must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice.
    10.2 Complaints about visible defects must be reported within seven (7) working days after delivery, and hidden defects within twenty-one (21) days of discovery.
    10.3 You must check upon delivery whether the product meets the agreement. If not, notify us in writing within seven (7) days. A.M.L. International will replace the product or refund the amount, provided it is returned unused and undamaged.

  11. Liability
    11.1 A.M.L. International accepts no liability for damage resulting from the delivery or execution of the agreement, unless in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  12. Applicable Law and Disputes
    12.1 All legal relationships with A.M.L. International are governed by Dutch law.
    12.2 Disputes will be settled through the Netherlands Arbitration Institute or, if A.M.L. International so chooses, by the competent court in the jurisdiction of A.M.L. International’s registered office or that of the buyer.

  13. Priority of Dutch Text
    13.1 The Dutch version of these terms and conditions prevails over any translations.

  14. Personal Data
    14.1 A.M.L. International complies with the applicable laws regarding the protection of personal data.
    14.2 A.M.L. International processes personal data solely for the execution of orders and the handling of complaints. Data will not be provided to third parties without consent.

  15. Other Provisions
    15.1 If you provide A.M.L. International with a written address, A.M.L. International may use that address for sending orders unless indicated otherwise.
    15.2 If any provision conflicts with applicable law, that provision will be void and replaced by a valid one of similar intent.

  16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    16.1 A.M.L. International may amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced via the website and will take effect fourteen (14) days after publication unless stated otherwise.
