This is the ACR RCL-100 LED in white as a complete set, featuring the URP-103 Point Pad, URC-104 master controller, and URH-103 wireless handheld remote. Over 220,000 candela from nine LEDs, for 12 to 24 volts.
The fully equipped white set, with both fixed and wireless control
This is the ACR RCL-100 LED in white as a complete set. It includes all three control components: the URP-103 wired Point Pad for your helm, the URC-104 master controller, and the URH-103 wireless handheld remote for use on deck.
The searchlight itself is the LED successor to the RCL-100D, ACR's best-selling model for years. An array of nine LEDs delivers over 220,000 candela, more than twice as much as the RCL-50. At the same time, the LED version requires up to 50 percent less power than its halogen predecessor on a 12-volt system, which makes the difference between being able to use it or not on a ship with a limited battery bank.
The master controller brings two features not found on a basic light. "Return to home" automatically resets the searchlight to point straight ahead after it is turned off, and a single controller allows you to operate two searchlights, either independently or simultaneously. The housing is cast aluminum, triple-primed and painted with a UV stabilizer, ensuring it withstands years of sun and salt.
Why choose the RCL-100 LED complete set in white?
-
220,000 candela: an array of nine LEDs, more than twice the light intensity of the RCL-50
-
Up to 50 percent less power: on 12-volt ships, the LED version consumes significantly less than halogen
-
40,000 operating hours: the LEDs will last for tens of thousands of hours
-
XRCiZ self-maintenance: the light automatically rotates every thirty days to prevent corrosion
-
Internal tilt mechanism: fully enclosed so that the elements cannot reach it
-
Wireless handheld remote included: operate the light from the foredeck or aft deck
-
White housing: blends in with a white superstructure or hardtop
Who is this product for?
This complete set is suitable for vessels where the searchlight needs to be operated from multiple locations. The RCL-100 LED is designed for sport yachts, mega yachts, sport fishing boats, and light commercial vessels. Think of a motor yacht with both an indoor helm and a flybridge, or a sport fishing boat where someone stands on the foredeck while the captain steers. It also makes sense for a new installation where you want everything in one go.
What are the benefits for you?
-
Control wherever you are at the time: fixed at the helm or wireless on deck
-
Everything in one part number: no need to search for separate components
-
Control two searchlights with one remote: operate them independently or simultaneously
-
See significantly further: more than twice the light intensity of the RCL-50 LED

Frequently asked questions
What does candela mean for a searchlight?
Candela is the light intensity within the beam, not the total light output. For a searchlight, this is the number that counts because the light is focused to reach long distances. More candela means seeing further, not a wider illuminated area.
What does the XRCiZ function do?
p>XRCiZ automatically rotates the searchlight every thirty days. This keeps the bearing surfaces free of corrosion and the electrical contacts functional, which is essential for a light that might sit unused on the roof for months.
Does this searchlight work on 12 or 24 volts?
Both. The RCL-100 LED operates on 12 to 24 volts, so it works on almost any shipboard power system without a converter.
Can I operate two searchlights with this set?
Yes. With one master controller, you can control two searchlights, either independently or simultaneously. Useful for a light on both the port and starboard sides.
What is the difference between the RCL-50 and the RCL-100?
The RCL-100 LED delivers over 220,000 candela from nine LEDs, while the RCL-50 LED delivers over 100,000 candela from six LEDs. Both operate on 12 to 24 volts and feature XRCiZ. The RCL-100 is the choice if you need to be able to see further.
